BARCELONA – Barcelona coach, Josep ‘Pep’ Guardiola gave a praise to his players’ patience while defeating Belarus representatives BATE Borisov, Thursday (29/9/2011) early morning hrs. And Guardiola admitted that he felt the difficulties to faced 10 defender players of BATE.

Catalan coach also wants his players to remain competitive play and discipline, and urged his players to continue to consider seriously with every club they faced.

Guardiola’s comments followed the positive results achieved by his team while defeating BATE 5-0 in Champions League Group H. Barca’s success is a continuation of the same results when they roll up Atletico Madrid by the same score, at follow-up La Liga last weekend.

However, Guardiola warned his players need to be careful in every game and show respect, to still play competitively.

“I hope they do not lose the competitive spirit that they showed during last Wednesday and continued to show the characteristics of this team for a long time,” said Guardilola as reported by Goal, Friday (09/30/2011).
