Manchester: Vincent Kompany suffered a calf injury. Manchester City’s captain was forced to leave early to leave the tour of The Citizen in the Middle East.

Kompany has been battling the injury since the end of last season. Back calf problem in pre-season against Arsenal at the Birds Nest Stadium, Beijing, China.

Kompany injury certainly is not harmful and may recover in the near future. Mancini wants the man from Belgium was in prime condition to start the Premier League next season.
