Newcastle – No purchases made Newcastle United in the transfer market so far. Although the cool deep calm, Alan Pardew admitted he was not a problem though still need new players.
Gael Bigirimana, Romain Curtis Good Amalfitano and names may be unfamiliar in the world of football. Yes, only three names were brought in Newcastle this summer.
Although there are no star players who go from Direct Sports Arena, Newcastle next season but will compete in the Europa League and the tent is not enough just to rely on last season’s star player Yohan Cabaye range, Demba Ba, Papis Cisse or Jona Gutierrez.
When asked about the movement of the club in the transfer market, Pardew assess if maintaining the core players is also a success.
“I do not know if anyone is buying is a bad news. I would say it is bad news if we lose a player, especially one of the top players and I believe it looks like it will not happen,” said Pardew in Sportinglife.
“We’re in a situation where we can reject the offer which came to us,” he continued.
But that does not mean Pardew satisfied with the existing squad because he thinks Newcastle have made a purchase this summer in order to maintain good performance last season.
So far the new Magpies linked with Andy Carroll and Mathieu Debuchy but rejected by both Liverpool and Lille.
“But if we get a very good player. I need some new players, maybe three. However I’m very comfortable diving without a new player’s first match. If we can complete the transfer, then we show our patience.”
“Better to be patient with the players you want, rather than have to think a lot of game players,” said Pardew.
